Schnittstellen XBRL: Es wird erwartet, dass XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), als Standard für den Austausch von Finanzzahlen mittelfristig unterstützt wird (wir gehen davon aus, dass XBRL in naher Zukunft in eCH0014 als Standard aufgenommen wird).XBRL ist eine auf XML basierende Sprache, mit der elektronische Dokumente im Bereich der Finanzberichterstattung erstellt werden. Insbesondere werden Jahresabschlüsse in dieser Sprache generiert.
Starting in June 2009, many foreign SEC-filers using US-GAAP will have to provide their financial reports in XBRL-format. For filers reporting in IFRS, that deadline is 2011, but even then, it is worth while to be prepared.
XBRL Switzerland offers a high level, interactive seminar to give participants a clear understanding of what is required by the new rules and how to comply with the upcoming requirements. The seminar will take place in easily reachable Zurich/Switzerland on June 22, 2009.
